Vetvice provides independent advice on nutrition and production. Are you not satisfied with the current milk production, facing too many animal health issues or looking for a fresh and independent perspective in the barn? We are happy to help you find a solution.
We offer structural collaborations on nutrition and production, for example through a monthly subscription. We combine scientific evidence with practical applicability. Ration calculations are performed based on the CNCPS system, a globally recognized model developed by Cornell University (USA). This model provides in-depth insight into nutrient utilization and supports optimal milk production.
In addition, we draw up customized recipes for concentrated feed and minerals, tailored to the situation at your farm. We also assist farms, even dairy farms with a milking parlor, that want to switch to a fully TMR (Total Mixed Ration) system, in which all feed ingredients are mixed together.
We pay extra attention to the transition period, with intensive monitoring and guidance to prevent problems and optimize performance. If desired, we offer a second opinion on the current ration.
Our advice goes beyond nutrition alone. We also look at housing, management and labor, because these factors together have a major impact on cow health and milk production.
